Key Rental Terms and Conditions

RENT is $ 150 per 2-day rental period.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT is $500 (required with rent order).
The deposit will be returned once we receive the costume back from you ( in its original condition, unaltered and undamaged). 
 
We also advise that you keep the costume away from the spaces, people or situations where there is tobacco or marijuana smoke. If the costume is returned stained or with a smoke smell, we will assess the damage and might need to cover the repairs or cleaning by subtracting from your deposit. 
 
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer. We do not cover the return shipping. 
 
The total price includes a prepaid return shipping label that will be enclosed with your rental costume. Please attach this UPS shipping label to the box once you are ready to return the costume and drop off the package at UPS. 
 
If you are planning to pick up the costume from our Los Angeles location, you can choose the “Local Pick Up” option at the check out.
 
Please plan your order  so that there is enough time for processing and shipping. Rush shipping available for extra charge.
 
Please be advised that we require a timely return of our costumes - we will be charging a late fee in the amount of $50 each day the costume is not being shipped back after the rental period has ended. The rental start and end dates are listed on the order receipt and are confirmed at the time of the order.

We are NOT responsible for any damage, delay, or loss of the packages during shipping to or from the customer. We will NOT issue a refund due to the above-mentioned conditions.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for both purchase and rental orders. We are NOT covering shipping charges for the rental orders.

Rental costumes should be properly returned without delay after the use by the customer, within the next 2-3 days. We will charge a late fee if the customer delays return shipping.
