Custom-Made Order Terms

As part of our services, EVA Design Solutions offers design and sketch services per clients request and ideas provided, as well as fulfilling a custom costume making order, including a set, costume, dress, accessory, headpiece, shoes, prop, or clothing item.

Procedure
​

In order to make your ideas into reality, you need to follow the steps below:

  • Please contact us via text, call or email to describe the potential design or costume, including details about theme, fabrics, color scheme, details, accessories, character, size, timeframe, budget, etc. Please provide images that support your idea for better understanding 

  • We will get back to you with questions and confirmation whether and how we can help you

  • Provide us with measurements for each costume or accessory

  • Finalize and approve the design you want us to create for you, along with the timeframe and the price of the project

  • Pay the deposit to cover materials. We will start with your order promptly after receiving your deposit  

  • We will notify you about the completion of your custom order and the shipping details

  • After paying the final balance and the shipping charges, we will be shipping the costume to you

 

Please note custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Our Return & Refund Terms can be viewed here.

Please note that we make every effort to create the costume of your choice as close to your idea or sketch as possible, however we have to use the fabrics, materials, and accessories that are available at the time of the costume making. Slight variations in color, design, fabrics, and texture might occur.

Shipping 
​

The client is responsible for the shipping charges associated with his order. 

​

Please note that custom-made costumes or clothing can take from 1 to 4 weeks to complete depending on the size and complexity of the order. So, contact us with this timeframe in mind including potential shipping of 1-3 weeks. Please allow extra time around holidays, especially Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine’s day, as well as in case of international shipping. We are not responsible if your order cannot be completed and shipped on time when you submitted your request too late.

Damages

 

EVA Design Solutions is not responsible for loss or damage of the costume/garment/accessory by its customers or by any third parties, including shipping services or international customs. 

 

EVA Design Solutions is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

We are not responsible for orders that have not arrived due to incorrect address details you’ve provided at the time of your order, problems with customs, or loss of the product by postal services. 

 

We will not reimburse you for any fees you paid for our product or service if the product has been damaged or lost en route to you by any third party, including postal or custom services.

EVA Design Solutions is not responsible or liable to the customer for personal injury or death to any person, or property damage arising out of or in connection with said items owned or rented out by EVA Design Solutions. The customer agrees to use the costumes or other items specified on this agreement at his/her own risk.
