Variation in Fabrics and Design:   Please note that fabrics and designs may slightly differ from the photos due to fabric availability and the handmade nature of our products. Additionally, the adaptive versions of the costumes we create may result in further variations.

We are NOT responsible for any damage, delay, or loss of the packages during shipping to or from the customer.  We will NOT issue a refund due to the above-mentioned conditions.

 

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for both purchase and rental orders. We are NOT covering shipping charges for the rental orders. 

 

Rental costumes should be properly returned without delay after the use by the customer, within the next 2-3 days. We will charge a late fee if the customer delays return shipping.
